A 26x14 foot pool awaits your swimming pleasure.  Lounge chairs enable you to catch some rays between parks or shopping. Florida's warm temperatures provides an extended swimming season.  Solar heat is provided and may be supplemented wih gas heat as weather conditions dictate. The ideal range for swimming pools is anywhere above 83 degrees Fahrenheit.
The home backs-up to a wilderness area (Florida style...) that gives you privacy and seclusion.
The covered lanai provides a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the parks for a quiet drink or snack.
