Special Discounts:

Take advantage of our special length of stay discounts! We offer discounts for stays of 7 days or more, as well as 28 days. Discounts are automatically applied at check out. It's our way of thanking you for choosing us for your getaway!

 

Payment Terms:

First payment of 50% is due at time of booking. Second payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be processed using the same method of payment as the 1st payment.  For stays less than 30 days out, full payment will be due at booking.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.

 

Booking Details:

To complete your reservation in our system, a Renter Agreement must be signed at booking and a valid passport, Drivers License or State ID will be kept on file.  The person signing our Renter Agreement must be present for the entire reservation.

 

A Security Deposit hold in the amount of $750 will be scheduled to run 2 days prior to arrival and released within 14 days after departure.  An email reminder will be sent to the guest if a security deposit is not scheduled to be automatically held.  Check in will not be authorized until all requirements have been met.

 

Standard Check-in: 3:00 PM

Standard Check-out: 12:00 PM

 

We do try to honor early Check-in and late Check-out when possible.  For best chances, request at booking.

 

Size Restrictions: Up to 8 guests allowed (of which no more than 4 can be under the age of 18).

 

Pets and ESA's are not allowed at any time.
